OMG! i'm getting fat day by day! Scare~~~ T_T
This morning, i went to weigh myself and the scale showed 58KG. My first thought, "perhaps there might be faulty on the scale". Therefore, i went to measure again, and it read the same. Gosh, i'm getting fat now since CNY. Before that, i was 52KG.
What shall i do? My 2009 resolution of playing badminton every week, or perhaps jogging and playing hulahoop are not on. Gosh!!! I'm hanging out too much till i forgot my resolution. And that it is, i'm paid with weight gaining now. T_T
I shall stop this now; prevent the rise of my weight, and to reduce it to the original and normal weight. So, i tell myself, i shall skip one meal *if possible. I'm not sure if i'm able to resist myself from the nice and wonders of the food since i'm addicted to food now.
But what can do? Considering my future figure, i must control the pondering and hunting of food now. Perhaps one or two will do. Other than that, i must go for jogging more often now. So, friends, when i say 'no' to your invitation for jogging, force me to go ya.
