Friends, do you work till midnight almost every night? Or do you wake up early in the morning; as early as the time when the newspaper delivery man send over the newspaper? Perhaps 3 or 4 a.m. you might have already woke up to rush with your 'brought home' work?
If that is so, do take a few minutes to ponder.... does this really what you want? What are the things that you plan to achieve by working till midnight? Worse still, collapse in the office? Are you happy with the kind of working life style you are having now?
A says: You don't understand. There are so much debts i need to cover. What i can do now is to secure current job. What's more now is economic downturn period, if i'm not working hard as it is, other people will cross over me. I can't bear to lose my job. Sigh~~
B says: I like working! Just give me as much work as you can give! I want to learn as much as i could. Somemore, i was bored at home. It is better for you to give me more works.
C says: I hope my boss can see the difference in me, can see the hard work that i have contributed to the company. I don't like to be looked down. I wanted to prove that i am able and boss, please promote me!
D says: No, this is not what i want. This doesn't sound a success for me. Neither does it sound 'objective' for me. You might get promoted fast; or perhaps become the 'apple' of your boss; but you loss your health. It takes time to get promoted; but it even take longer time for you to recover from sickness. Without proper health, we can't even have the strength to fight with our work. Added to this is not only do we lose health, but also our family. By continuous working from day to day, it shortens our time with family and love ones. Why not we just take our time easy and rationally utilize our precious time? Having a normal period for working time - 8 - 10 hours a day, time with family, time with friends (lim teh :P), time for self improvement, and most importantly - time for God.
Friends, which person has impressed you the most? Person A, B, C or D?
Heavy working might promise us a well income and recognition, but think again, do we really need this?

I will choose category of Person 'D'. We must balance work and others then only life will be wonderful~!! :D For me, money is important without money we may not survive but then healath, happiness, love, friendship cannot buy with $$$ :-P
yea, i agree with you, Jen. Undeniable money is important to keep us living. Yet stil, health and happiness are something that are best for treasure!:-)
