昨晚是我在这个月里最早睡的一天.11pm.所一从这你们可以差到我平时是几点睡的吧. 近期我都在遨夜,慢慢的就习惯暗睡了.这是一个很不好的习惯,我也必须停止熬夜,不然的话我怕久而久之你看到我时是苍老几年了. >.<
昨天的早睡让我体会到很多东西 - (1) 脾气没那么爆照 (2)精神好很多 (3)记忆力也比较好 (4) 下午不会打磕睡 (5)比较有信心去完成每件事 (6)眼睛没那么浮肿
适当的时间歇息下,睡睡觉,该起身的时候起身,生活美满充实. 今晚我要早点睡觉了.睡觉真好. :)

Yes i totally agree. Another good thing is, sleep early can make u more beautiful o! really! Last time i remembered during my Foundation studies, I always sleep early (around 10) and not much stress, know what... those times my skin appear to look so great! besides no pimples, the skin wont look so dull & dry (or too oily) like now..it even GLOWS! I remember i used to see myself in my uni washroom mirror & felt i was so beautiful (haha paiseh)..even the face skin would glow pinkish,look vy healthy o.. Haiz unlike now...:(
yea, hehe~~ then we must sleep as early as possible o.. perhaps around 10pm will be the best. Don't worry gal, you are still a lovely and pretty girl. True o.. :)
constant jogging + early sleep = healthy + beauty =)
